7950 unlocking

Can't find any links on the interwebs about unlocking the extra shaders on the Tahiti Pro. Anyone here knows anything about this, or did AMD fuse off the extra shaders this time around?

I haven't read anything about whether or not the shaders are fused. I have read where people have flashed 7970 bios but it didn't unlock any more shaders.
