7950 GX2 and incompatible MOBO?

So I want to try using a 7950GX2 with a KN8 Ultra V1.1. I can't find any info on weather or not the card will work with that mobo. So if I put it in and it's incompatible will it damage the card? Or will it just not work in it's onboard SLI mode? Or will it not boot?

If the motherboards is not listed on nVidia's website then it won't work.

You may get unpredictable results but I don't think it'll damage anything if you try it.
