790i - ASUS Striker II Extreme vs other boards

I'm looking to get a 790i nVidia motherboard. I'm still deciding between the different manufacturers, the EVGA seems to be the cheapest, but the ASUS version seems to be more expensive than the others by a fairly significant amount. What does the Asus have that makes it soo expensive? Is it worth spending the extra and getting the Asus one over the EVGA or XFX?

BTW. I plan to pair it with an intel E8400 and 2x SLI 8800GTS (G92).
