790GX and PowerXpress???

I remember there was talk about AMD's implementation of HybridPower on the 790GX and it would power down the discreet GPU(s) when not gaming. Is this correct?

After looking at the LAN Party Jr. on AT, I'm ready to get it for my HTPC, which I leave on all the time, but runs games only occasionally, and I'd like to save some electricity.
