well that looks good and not too much $$$$ TOO
so with with work ok with a evga 7900gt co? also has anyone ever done this?
is it easy to do?

VERY easy to do. All you have to do is take the stock cooler off and put the VF900 on using only four screws.

Took my maybe 5 minutes tops. Cooling is great even with the 1.4v mod.

why would you need something other than stock on a gt? What are you OCing that badass to?

anyway, I'm a big fan of zalman. Have one on my gpu and cpu. Keeps them both ice cold.

VF900 here on an eVga 7900GT. Super quiet and cool. I've been an AC Silencer user, but they dropped the ball on the 7900GT's...way too late out the door ( it ain't even out yet.....<scratches head> )

i've heard the zalman cooler is a pain to install.
I would suggest the arctic cooling accelero x1.Its a great cooler,has pre-applied thermal paste too.Which u can remove and put arctic silver 5 if u want.

Not true, the Zalman is a piece of cake to install..... also, accelero is a no go on a GT....
