It cannot run DX10. Vista does not require a DX10 card to run, even the premium all the bells & whistles version only needs a DX9 card with at least 128mb of VRAM.
I followed the instructions on the thread about voltmodding (not quite sure why it's not stickied anymore), and results are great!
Bought a conductive pen thingy at radioshack for 14 bucks after tax and borrowed a multimeter from a friend of mine and I was ready to go.
Mod was fairly easy and yielded a significant overclock increase going from the stock 1.2V to 1.5V. My overclock went from 561/854 to 684/906 and I didn't have to change the stock cooler. Temps rose considerably from 43-45C idle 70-75C load to 51C idle and 85-89C load so I will probably have to get aftermarket cooling in the near future.
06 scores went from 4831 to 5467
05 scores went from 9754 to 11035
Tried GRAW and Oblivion and theres is a noticeable FPS increase
