ok... i got my leadtec/winfast AGP 6600GT about a week ago and i used the nVidia drivers to Overclock it and i told it to find optimal settings... so it cranked it to 570/1040 gpu/core and i just ran the nature test in 3dmark2001 3 times and it peaked at 79*.... thats pretty hot to me... ive got the big aluminum cooler that hangs off the edge of the card and was wondering if i need to find another cooler like the zalman.... i have yet to find anything else that will fit the stupid thing... i wish arctic cooler would make a silencer for it... also my ambient went up to 41C... normally my ambient is 30 and my gpu is at 40 just sitting.

Your temps are fine. Read comments on the other threads regarding whats hot, whats not. I figure as long as it isn't above 90C, you're fine.

A little hot but not dreadful for an overclock. If it's not too much trouble, get a Zalman VGA cooler to extend the lifetime of your card by keeping it cooler.
