7850/7870 or gtx 660(non-ti)

Hi will you guys help me decide which GPU to buy?
Is powercolor 7850 and 7870 reference design any good? it is way way cheaper than that of sapphire's dual X 7850 and 7870. for the gtx 660 which one is better? Gainward or palit or a much expensive MSI twin frozr?
My current specs are:
CPU: Core i5 2400 (No plans on upgrading)
MotherBoard: Gigabyte GA-H67mA-Ud2h (rev 1.0)
GPU: 9500gt 1gb ddr2 D:
Memory: 4gb Gskill
Monitor: 1920x1080 23"
Hard Drive: 500gb WD caviar Blue (I'll be buying another 1tb)

You don't need to delete the thread.

Anyways, the reason people don't want to comment on this is because the current situation will not accurately reflect the situation in a month or two. There may be competition for the Christmas market etc.

As of right now the HD 7850 or HD 7950 would be great choices, but that may or may not be true in December so definitely check back in closer to your expected purchase date. The HD 7950 has the never settle bundle which you may be able to sell to drop the price a bit closer to the 7870 and there have been some great deals lately. Either way people here will be happy to help closer to December.

The HD 8XXX series information could be known in December presuming they could come in the first quarter of 2013 but as of now nothing is known and the current rumors point to the first half of 2013 which is a huge timeframe.

just read your thread i suggest come backing a week before your gonna buy the card and i don't recommend reference cards due to loudness and heat ?
