I think maybe the American dollar has been down lately, driving lower prices in Canada and other places. Takes about 3 0r 4 weeks for lower American dollar to filter down to Canadian prices. Only one day to go up it seems though (sort of like the price for a barrel of oil).

The prices are way higher than that. They are given in pounds sterling, and the exchange rate is around 1.8. So multiple the prices by 1.8 to get the cost in U.S. dollars.

Bullocks! It bloody expensive in the UK!

Edit: I guess the prices aren't way higher than the US, ranging from $700 to $800 after VAT. Still a little higher than prices over here.

Yeah right, that's why everyone is buying them and the BFG card is sold out everywhere. My BFG 7800GTX arrives tomorrow.

Since it's backed by the economy of more than 20 countries and hasn't been around long enough to depreciate or inflate, I would certainly hope so.

Don't make us free the crap out of you with our bombs.

You, sir, are the reason most people look down on America. Close your pimply-teenaged mouth and stop impressing us with your ineptitude
