Better yet, two of those bad boys in SLI . . . 😀

I think a 512MB 7800GTX would cost around $650 MSRP with street prices probably around the mid to high $500s . . . which incidentally is exactly what the 512MB X1800XT is priced at . . .

Actually, the MSRP of the X1800XT is priced lower than that.

We dont know what it will cost, or when it will be out.

If you're buying a new high-end GPU now it's definitely a good idea to go 512 MB. Games like FEAR and CoD 2 love the extra memory.

BF2? not sure about Fear though. (its only the demo, and even monolith say its going to perform ALOT differently than what we are seeing now).
