i have a question to 7800gtx owners. After doing a lot of readings and research i found that this board offers video-in and video-out through g9 connector and nvidia claims that it support hd stream if the right cable is used. the question is has anybody tried to use this feature and how does it turn out. also does card manufacturers provide particular software that can also do video capture?
the reason is because if this turns out as i hope for, it would be a good companion for next-gen consoles especially i have 2 fw900 that can support 1080i/p very well and save me a lot from buying hdtv. it also means i dont have to buy capture card especially most capture cards use pci 2.1 which requires 5V slot and my tyan k8we only has 1 of these on a very ackward place. thank you.
