7800GTX to 4890

The question is with my specs and non PCI-E 2.0v mobo will performance be reduced?

Specs:

GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3
e4300 @ 3.0Ghz
4x1GB GSkill DDR2800
2x74GB Raptors in RAID0

Acer H233Hbmid 23" 1920x1080

Nah, PCIe 1.0 can handle more than the 4890 can put through it.
