7800GTX Physical Dimensions

Anyone know how "thick" the 7800GTX is? I replaced the chipset fan on my A8N-SLI Deluxe motherboard with a Zalman NB47J. There's about 3-4mm clearance between my 6800GT and the heatsink. I'm thinking about trading up to the 7800GTX (I have an EVGA card and am still in the 90 day window), but I want to make sure it's not thicker than my existing card.

It should be the same thickness, but I'm hoping to get some exact dimensions. Can't seem to find them on the web anywhere. Anyone?

I dont think you mean thickness. I think you mean width. Yes it will be the same width because the card cannot extend below the graphics slot.

As for Length, IIRC Guru3d reported it to be 1cm longer than the 6800's.

As for thickness it is single slot as opposed to dual slot.

I bet it would be fine but I've got a Zalman NB47J and if it doesn't fit it is REALLY easy to snip off a couple of rows metal from the heat sink to make it fit.
