Not flaming nVidia, not accusing them of anything, but, now that most places seem to have sold out of the 7800GTX cards, will the supplies last?
Will we see "In Stock" signs up everywhere soon, or will it be weeks (months?) before we see any more?
I'd assume (hope) nVidia managed to keep up the supply, and not just have cards out for retail on day of release, without giving much thought to what happens after they sell out, so anyone know when the next round of 7800GTX's is due?Maybe with a few more manufacturers? I think I've seen 4 different MFR's so far, and I would assume there will be more soon.

Well, it was BFG to start, since they're out of stock at Egg, BB and ZZF at least.
I would assume the others will go similarly soon-ish.

There were probably less BFG cards to begin with. All the sites I shop at have at least one brand in stock. New supplys of the cards were already arriving last week. My soon to arrive BFG one came from ZZF's second batch they got in Friday evening. The high end sales are slow and Nvidia had weeks of a head start so I doubt we'll see inventory problems.

EDIT: With a quick froogle search I found in stock cards from: Asus, AOpen, BFG, eVGA, Gigabyte, Leadtek, MSI, PNY, XFX

Only ones I've seen go out of stock often are bfg cards and I'm assuming because they're selling more due to the warranty/oc.

The BFG cards have already been out of stock, then back in stock, then back out of stock again at many e-tailers. It appears the channel will continue to restock pretty solidly. I doubt this lack of stock will last more than two or three days judging on what happened Wed-Thurs last week.

Note the egg says ETA on BFG and WinFast 6/30/05. They said ETA 6/27 when they got some in on 6/24, too, so could be sooner. As other brands go OOS, I'd suspect they restock as quickly.

And companies are gouging the BFG too, which is annoying.

Perhaps its just their first shipment that is selling out. More are sure to come. Im just very suprised they were for sale, the day of release to be honest.
