7800GTX and FPS problems

I am running a 4400+ X2 with an evga 7800gtx. I recently played Doom 3 and I noticed that when moving around there was some kind of line on the top half of the screen, kind of like a flickering line. This also happens while I play Half Life 2 and Far Cry albeit it is not nearly as noticeable as in Doom. Can anybody help me? I just recently installed ForceWare 81.87.

I got that in fear , i turned on ve sync thingy to match fps with screen refresh rate and it fixed it
