7800GT + VF700

[Bona Fide]

Is there any final word on whether or not the VF700 coolers work on 7800 cards? I'm thinking about getting one, especially because eVGA warrants aftermarket coolers, but I don't know if the VF700 is compatible.

Anyone with insight or firsthand experience?

There was a guy here who said he saw a newegg review of the vf700 where a guy said he successfully installed it on his 7800 GTX but thats as much as I know. I would recommend the V1 but its probably not compatible.

yeah it works. i have it on mine as do some others i've seen here.
