The 7800GT will have 20 pipes guys. Too bad that it isn't 24 pipes like they had initially thought. ow well. This is freekin awsome. Can't wait for the 7800 Ultra. Maybe we will see 32 pipes 😉

Oh, and ATI's response to NVidia's SLI is called Crossfire. LoL jkjkjk. Anyways, yea the GTX has 24 pipes... I think the Ultra will come out after ATI's R520 though.... 32 pipes probably if ATI's really good...

Sounds more like a NU or Vanilla.

The GT and Ultra had 16 pipes while the NU had 12.

I wonder if its unlockable, probably not.

If it has 256mb of GDDR3, should be a pretty good card.

I doubt they will use GTX cores. Not like they used the Ultra core on the Vanilla AGP versions. But who knows I guess. Especially with a new model. Maybe a oversupply of GTX cores with defective pipes.
