7800 GTX Tweaks

I recently purchased this card and I am trying to fix a problem I am having. I have a tv tuner, its pretty good for tv, but when I want to play the ps2, the graphics suck. I was wondering, is there any way to tweak the 7800 gtx to take input from that nice svideo plug they have and to output it to a monitor? I have searched the control panel and the best I could do was get output from the plug. I have this nice plug that goes into the card with 6 different splits, it has svideo out, svideo in, a Pb out, a Pr out, a y out, and a comp in. Other then the svideo, I have no clue what those mean But my ps2 has the standard audio/video plugs and I was wondering in theres anyway to work this out.

I will buy new parts, converters, whatever is nessesary, I just want to know if its possible.

I was wondering, is there some sort of video to dvi converter or something.. Hmm, looks like I require a trip to radio shack
