Well, it did take a pair of slicks to put a Lingenfelter 'vette from 0-150 in 8.95 (1/4 mile, 1038HP). 0-187 in 10 on street tires is something that I don't see happening, even in that car. 0-125 in 5 even less so.

Agreed, I seriously doubt those numbers given their spec tires (intermediates).
 
I don't see how a car with those aerodynamics could need/have such a big engine. I assume that if you go over 150mph with it you will start flying?
