768GB ram @ 2.52GHz vs 512GB @ 2.70GHz

I've had some Kingston Value ram DDR2100 sitting around & decided to put it in my computer. At its max oveclock, I have to cut my speed a bit. So, will the extra ram help or hurt? I'm a big multi-tasker & light gamer so I thought the extra ram might work out better for me. Anyone ever test this?

512GB is a LOT of RAM, I'd take the extra speed and set up a 510GB RAM drive.

Seriously, try both and use whatever you find faster.
