I just wanted to let everyone know I've successfully installed a Celeron FC-PGA 766MHz CPU with an Iwill SlocketII adapter in a Shuttle HOT 637A LX Chipset mobo despite the manufacturer's limit of a Celeron PPGA 533MHz CPU.

Sweet! I just upgraded a neighbors Gateway LX system from a PII 233 to a C533. It also went from 32 meg ram to 288. I changed out the 4 meg Riva 128 to a Voodoo 3 3000. Tonight, I'm yanking the slow arse 4 gig HD and putting in a 40 gig 60GXP. The Gateway uses an Intel OEM mobo that won't work with a FC-PGA, but the improvement is still very dramatic. He is quite happy with the upgrade. The new HD should make a huge improvement also.
