7600gt power requirement

How many watts would i need for a biostar 7600gt?

I'm building a system with a e6300 c2d, gigabyte ga-945p mobo, and valueram, i dont plan on OCing and am thinking about getting a Forton PSU but i want to make sure i have enough watts because i've heard of many problems that were caused from the lack of watts

I would get myself atleast a 400watts PSU and more if you want to do major overclocks and volt mods.
