I originally wanted to get a 7600GT, but I never found one, then when Newegg got some in stock, a few 30 minutes later they were out of stock again (stupid me for not ordering right away) so now I don't know what to get, any reccomendations, any specific brand models thaty have some cool features (coolers, bundles, etc). So far I've thought of the 7600GS and a 6800GS but I don't know which one is better and even then there is the whole 7 series features to consider.
Take in mind this is going in a P4 3.0ghz, 1GB machine, I have a MacBook Pro (Core Duo 2.16ghz, 430/430 X1600 mobility, 1GB RAM) and for my tastes that run games okay but could have used some more speed, so anything that allows me to use 1280x1024 at max (or near max) settings on modern games would be great, AA/AF would be nice but not I don't NEED it, I'm not a framerate whore, I don't need 60fps and I can take ocassional dips but I would prefer if games could run at 25-40 fps constantly.
