760 vs 750ti

Hi I just want to know quickly, whats a better GPU, EVGA 760 SC 2GB ACX or a ASUS 750ti OC 2GB, I want to play games like, the culling, gta, h1z1, fallout 4, will it run it over 30 fps at medium to ultra?

The 750TI is the new-purchase choice for people with prebuilt machines and crummy power supplies with no 6-pin connector. For just a few bucks more, the GTX 950 just makes sense (yet still doesn't use much more power either!)

I wouldn't buy a 760 unless it was gently used and much cheaper than a new 950.
 
The 760 is about twice as fast as a 750TI. How much more would it cost for you to get a 4GB 960? or even an AMD 280/280x/285/380?
