Thanks to Hot Deals forum for this.
Check out HD for all the parts you need, as something usually pops up every few days.
After slowing finding the deals over the past couple months, system now cranks.

Specs and prices for box:
Visiontek GF3 Ti200, $99 after rebate Bestbuys.
Epox 8kha+, $59 delivered, Newegg reman.
Retail 1GHz T-Bird w/HSF, $80 Ubid.
256 meg PC2100, $40 Curcuit City.
Computer Geeks case w/300w supply, $25. (yes it works).
LiteOn 24x CDRW, $55 delivered, Newegg reman.
Maxtor 20gig ATA133 7200, $29 after rebate, Office Depot.
Belkin 10/100 nic, $0.89 delivered, Dell.
Total $388

For testing, case cover removed for additional cooling. No additional fans.
T-Bird at 195x7=1365MHz (mem at 147), GF3 at 235/515, scores 7583 in 3Dmark 2001 SE. WinME.
Numbers posted at their site.

For normal everday use with case cover on, run at 140x8=1126, (mem at 140), and it still pulls 7058 in 3dm2k1se.

As much as I like my system, you got a great setup with a awesome price/performance ratio. Great guidlines for someone with a small budget, thanks.
