Not sure what brand HDD is in this, but for $130 after $10 rebate ya cant hardly go wrong. Never dealt with these guys on rebates before so tread lightly there I suppose, but even at $140, it's still a pretty good deal.

How long till BD-RW will be available at these prices? Still pretty expensive for a read only Blu Ray, but it would likely be a good drive for an HTPC.
