740 chipset, Amptron or PCCHIPS?

I need a 740 board, which mobo is better suited to a Duron >1GHZ?

It should not matter as they are basically the same mb ......... go for the best price.

Are there any huge issues with either of them? My friend is going to be using this rig for low end audio work.

I had an issue with the "DRAM Timing" in the bios ............ had to run it on "Safe" setting .... (instead of "Normal" or "Fast") .... using Micron 256MB- 2100 DDR memory and an Athlon XP 1800+ cpu ............ ?
