733mhz computer running GTAIII VC?

Does anyone know if a 733mhz computer would be able to run GTAIII VC??? 😕

That is the only limitation that i have and I am wondering if this game works on other CPU limited systems like mine.

i run GTA on a p3 866 and a radeon 7500 64MB SDR 250/350 and get about 30 FPS on medium settings.

Running on a P3 600mhz 512mb with a visiontek xtasy 32meg. Granted, I turned down most of the settings, but it still looks good and runs perfectly unless there is A LOT going on.

nope, and i dont think rockstar plans to add it either. however, someone out there is working on a multiplayer mod... though i think it was for gta3. dont remember. i'm sure you can do a quick google and find it though. it was in its early beta stages.

Yeah, there is a multiplayer mod for GTA3, but one does not currently exist for GTA3:VC as far as I know. However, with the success of VC, I suspect a similar mod will be out very shortly.

I think it will run OK, depending on the videocard. Does it have something at least GF2 level?

Also, I hope it's a P3 and not a celeron. The rule of celerons seems to be subtract like 250mhz and that's about what speed p3 it equals. My old p3 500 ran better than my roommate's celeron 700.

I suspect a similar mod will be out very shortly.

It took a long time for multitheftauto to come out, and it's still buggy as heck. I wouldn't get your hopes up.
