7200 RPM laptop HD?

hitachi, seagate and WD work just fine for me. although WD drives have failed on me in the past, the ones i get back work nicely, so take your pick.
 
rather then buying "more reliable" drives that still fail and you lose all your data, just make sure to back up your data. Then if a drive breaks you just replace it.
