7200.10 problem

Got this chart from Speedfan's "Perform an in-depth online analysis on this hard disk" for my Seagate 320gb 7200.10 sata drive. i've noticed that its "Fitness" bar has went down by 2 blocks in the past 2 months or so.

What got to me was the bolded part below where i've never seen before until today.. anyone have any idea or have any experience with these?
