When I install the 71.84 driver my temputure display disapears, the thing where you set the threshold and where you view what temputure its running at. Today when I opened the Nvidia Display the setting just disappered. Anyone having this problem and how do I fix it?? Thanx

Did you follow the normal driver install procedure?

Download Driver Cleaner->Install Driver Cleaner->Reboot->Control Panel->Add Remove Programs->Uninstall nVidia Display Drivers->Reboot into Safe Mode->Run Driver Cleaner->Reboot->Disable virus scanning software->Install new nVidia drivers->Reboot->Profit.

With the old drivers I'd swear I could view my temputure?
And for driver cleaner is there a way to just uninstall Nvidia Display driver?
P.S - What does IIRC stand for?

IIRC - If I Remember Correctly. ;)

Anyways, I would use DriverCleaner, go through all the steps, and then install the 71.84 WHQLs from NVIDIA. Those, IMHO (In My Humble Opinion), are the best out there. I have had ZERO problems with them, and in fact, they revealed flaws in the 67.66s that I had not previously noticed. The only "bug" that I can see with the 71.84s are that the temps are reported a bit too high, though the card isn't actually heating up, the drivers are just not reading the right temps from the temp sensor. Other than that, there is no problem that I can see.

USE DRIVERCLEANER!!!, that should fix your problem.

DC has a menu selection for what drivers you want to uninstall, simply select the nVidia choice and you should be good to go.
