700e OC need help, please?

I am new to OC, and have a 700e, try to OC to the limit. CUSL2 with 256MB Kingston ValueRam. Setting in Bios is 132/132/44, 1.65V. Asus Probe shows current speed is 924, but max speed is 1066?? Why?? Temp is 53F. Other Asus probe, which software is better to check and monitor the system? Where can I download it? How to set in Bios?

Had been searching thru this forum, but can't find my answers. Please help me.
