Note- the BX chipset has 2/3 and 1/1 AGP dividers, because it was designed to work with 100mhz (AGP spec is 66mhz, 100mhz x .66=66mhz) and 66mhz (66 x 1=66mhz) busses. Nobody currently has a chipset with a 1/3 multiplier for AGP, the highest is 1/2 which is supported by intel's i815 and via's 133 series
