And then maybe to run a business ya know -
But besides a relatively good graphics capability/video game playing ability the best for said budget

Haha, I find it funny that gaming and the ability to run a business require basically two entirely different computers.

Sigh
Cry
Rends a tears hair
Then does a handstand!
Well dont worry about the business part
I am not talking about anything fancy or beyond word and excel for record keeping and the ability to build web pages etc
So basically I want a graphics capabilities that will give me reasonable frame rates at a reasonable resolution we will say 1280X1024
Thanks
4 Fingers

You won't get a moderate to strong gaming PC for $700. A strong game PC has at least one $600+ video card, and several times that much in hardware backing it up.

Necessary parts:
CPU, Mobo, RAM, HDD, DVD, PS, Case, Vid card, Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor, Speakers, Cables, OS and miscellaneous stuff.

Optional parts:
Sound card, joystick, steering wheel, etc.

To fit your budget, I think your best bet is to order a Dell, HP etc. and add a decent vid card. That still won't make the $700 mark tho.
