We pulled out the Dreamcast at work awhile back and one of my co workers commented that he could take anyone there at any fighting game. So I put in D.O.A. 2 and told him to play my 8 year old son. I honestly expected the guy to beat a kid, but my son handed him his ass. Got a perfect round in the second round.

Everyone at work witnessed this and the guy got so mad. He tried to laugh it off, saying it was a fluke, but wouldn't rematch my son.


We still give crap to that guy at work. I don't think he's played a fighting game since, because everyone he knows has knowledge that an 8 year old took him to school.

I do, having done both. I could own anyone in Halo using a controller if I were using a mouse and keypad. I've watched tournaments, they aren't nearly as accurate nor as quick as I am.

I'd go unscathed all night then rip my keyboard out and spank that kid. Console tournaments are for n00bs.

Did you see that he was 7? At this rate, when he's your age, he could probably beat you at Halo using a toothpick and some fishing line, no matter if you have your precious mouse or not.

If you use a keyboard and mouse hooked into the Xbox version of Halo you will be a lot faster than the controller people.

My three year old is pretty good when we do the Quake3 LAN parties. He usually places a few spots from last with half a dozen frags or so.
It is pretty cute to watch but the SO is afraid he will grow up to be a serial killer.
