Wtf :Q Really makes you wonder if criminals are born rather than made. Personally I think we owe a lot more to our genes than many would like to admit.

If it's a repost, I have a new type of nut for you to taste-test, but there are only two of them 😛 I tried like 10 different search strings.

A seven year old should know better. He'll never be a positive part of society. I recommend recyling his organs immediately.

The second part of that story should be 32 year old man beats his 7 year old son to death with 2x4. Seriously, wtf?

I dunno. Crime seems to have been significantly lower in the past. Until the 1880's police forces didn't even exist as we think of them today. I think crime is nurture, not nature.

You realize that if crime IS COMPLETELY nature it's pointless to have a judicial system because the entire idea our judicial system is constructed around presupposes free will. Someone "born" as they are with the inability to change their personality and traits, if you will, is clearly not responsible for their actions...because they were born that way.

thats messed up, first you got the 9 year old stabbing and now a 7 year old killing a baby... you really can't trust kids anymore.

i would think the same thing applies to the penal system.

The actions of two obviously abnormal children does not substanciate in ANY way distrusting the oh, several dozen million children in this country.

Pretty silly, don't you think? How many children do you PERSONALLY know who have done this sort of thing? My guess is none...yet you're going to toss away your trust in people. Amazing.

I'm still curious to know just where the parents were when this happened.
Doesn't matter... the kid knew what he was doing. He tried to lie at first showing that he knew what he did was wrong... like Zyso said, kill him immediately.

Yeah, it's a complex issue stemming from both genes and environment, I didn't mean to claim it's entirely one way or the other, simply to suggest there's less choice in the matter than many probably think.

And yes, it's obvious that ipods and pro acting.. er, wrestling are behind this.
