Pfft, 7? My state (Oklahoma) holds the record for disgruntled Postal worker shooting with 24 deaths from a single guy. 😱

I'm proud to be an American, where at least I know I'm freeeeeee

Man... what is it about mindlessly sorting envelopes into little bins for hours on end day after day for years of your life that makes people go insane and do stuff like this?

it probably wears you down

basically to sum it up it was just a reaction to an action. you can tell by the reaction that the action must have been pretty large. it is that simple. unfortunately the postal inspectors will spin whatever they want and lie to the public with statements like, "we don't know what could have caused this..." yes they do..., just like they did with all the anthrax stuff.

the fact that it was a woman should convey the seriousness of the action that caused this reaction.

unless you have worked there for some time you can not understand the situation this woman was in. it is not the work, but other employees and the management, seriously.

honestly, i am surprised it doesn't happen more.

I distinctly recall comments in another thread about how Postal workers don't go "postal" anymore, for certain reasons...

So much for that. 😛
