I've found the following 7" phones

Huawei MediaPad X1
3g only in US, which is fine.

Samsung Galaxy W
Only released in Korea AFIAK

BOSS Phone
IndieGoGo campaign - Oct 2015 release
Though this could be a big fail "Data security is a complicated and rapidly changing space... This is exactly why we are using Android 5.0 Lollipop... and the Tor network for secure online communication."

Are there any others that were released in the last year or so, or will be released in the near future?

I guess Android tablets could technically receive telephony calls if you get the app installed. You could also use Google Voice, Skype, or some other VOIP app. I would imagine a 7'' phone would get unwieldy pretty quick though. Not exactly pocket sized.

Sony Xperia Z Ultra is a 6.4" phone that is waterproof, can use graphic pencil's as a stylus, and has similar specs to the nexus 5. It costs about $300 but it is harder to find for it is a now older part with a snapdragon 800 chip instead of 801, 805, or the soon 64bit 810.

Mobile World Conference is in 3 weeks March 2-5th. That is when you are going to see most major phone announcement for Q2 and some of Q3 shipping devices. Then you have to wait till august to october for new phone announcements and those phones will be shipping late sept to christmas.

Now there are rumors we may see a sony products at MWC, and there are rumors we won't see sony products at MWC for they are trying to move to a yearly cadence, instead of an every 6 month new model release.
