7.5ns DDR?!

Ok just came back from Fry's got some fairly cheap DDR. Anyway this 256MB DDR says it is 7.5ns?! Is that possible?

I know it is DDR there is no mistake about that.

anyone remember the micron -7E? not the -7.5E but the real thing... 143 MHz guaranteed 2-2-2. great stuff.
