I've never heard of vampire rain.. must not be any good.

The project sylpheed demo was horrible. It was chaotic and I couldn't figure out what I was doing.

I guess the update is nice for someone These are free because no one would buy them.

From what I read, the initial 3 packs they released around April 11th were supposed to be spaced out for one each month. That's what Red Octane wanted to do, and Microsoft messed up and released the first 3 all at once (atleast that's the rumor). That's why it supposedly took 3 months, up until around July 11th to release the fourth one, and they say that they will now resume their original schedule of one pack per month, typically around the 11th. I'm assuming that will last until GH3 comes out.

Atleast with Rock Band they've promised new content every week.
