Where do you see it for $299? The link goes to Amazon and its $499.00!

It's at J&R for $349.99 shipped free, which is probably as close as you're going to get to the deal the OP put up. Personally I think either the 6.1 Kenwood VR-806S for $169 shipped free is a better deal, or even the Sherwood 6.1 model that's at Outpost for $99 + ship or the 5.1 for $77 + ship

it's 359 for silver finish and 10 bux less for black casing. not bad considering you can get it 30-50 bux cheaper through other online dealer.

lol....I'm still using my VR-207. Only 50 watts per channel and the remote control receiver has a problem when it heats up, but it still bumps. ;) I'm in the market for a new one as soon as I can afford it.
