I'm looking to purchase a new Onkyo reciever and heard that 6th ave is the place to go.
I just can't see how they can sell an Onkyo 703 reciever new for $548.00 and 6cents for shipping.......... Is this a refurb or just a great deal?

I've ordered a bunch of stuff from them. They are fantastic to deal with. I've also gotten three "open box" items from them which were all brand new.

A few years back I got in on the Denon 3803 deal posted in Hot Deals. Mine arrived smashed via UPS. Replaced with no problems and as far as I am concerned they are safe to deal with.

I did the same thing, although mine arrived in perfect condition. I wouldn't have any concern about their being trustworthy.
