Looks like this thing is small enough that if you could buy a dedicated strap for it this would work. Thoughts? Can the clock be set to stay on all teh time?

It could be done, but if you actually wanted to use it as a watch (as opposed to a jogging MP3 player with the added bonus of knowing the time, for example), it would be horribly inefficient battery wise, and I'd be deathly afraid of bumping my arm into a table or something and breaking it.

That's an expensive watch, with a short battery life since the screen would need to be on and max brightness all the time. Useless for a jogging PMP too because of the touch screen.

Why would the screen need to be on all the time? In Jr High I had a Casio you had to press a button to light up the screen to see it. I look at my watch very infrequiently, so if they had it where you just tap the Nano's screen and it lights up. I think this would make a kick ass watch. And with it being tap to light the battery would last quite a long time.
