My asrock x58 mb says only 1 dimm per channel of DDR3 1600 is supported due to intels CPU spec definition, so that means I can't run 6 dimms of this on a i7-950?

It's a 1.65V kit Zap and I've been running a few i7 920s 24/7 just fine at the mem voltage.
IINM, that's Intel's recommended safe limit.

I would love to get the $39.99 2x2GB 1.25-1.3V DDR3-1333 kit from MC instead, but the bastiges only have ONE in stock :|

I ordered 6 sticks, for that price I can always sell or save it if it doesn't work. I think kingston is pretty good about swapping it for something that works also if there is a problem, I think they did that for me once.
