6cell vs 12cell lit ion batteries

just curious
i might be getting a laptop soon
and i was wondering
i saw multiple lappies with 6 cel land some with teh 12 cell
does one have longer life than another? i would assume so
but is one of the battery's life use longer? like the 12 cell will last you longer with good charges than teh 6 cell?

assuming the same model, the 12 cell battery should last twice as long. Can't compare on different models because one may need the 12 cell because it is power hungry.

I actually got both.. 6 cell = 4320 mah, 12 cell 8048 mah

thats just for my notebook.. dunno about others.

More cells will give you better battery life, the exact figure would depend on your laptop model.
