6B200R0 and 6B200P0

I have just found that there are two models of Diamond Plus 10 200G PATA.
I wonder if the only difference between them is the cache?
6B200R0 16MB
6B200P0 8MB

The datasheet from Maxtor has no information about 6B200R0.
Is there anyone who have seen the review or datasheet of it?

Yes, it's on the difference on the size of the cache. Which is fairly important IMO.
