I've got 2 6950's in crossfire in my PC. Right now they are running at 72C 24/7 for dogecoin mining. Is that safe for the long haul? Or can I run these at an even higher temp without worrying about damaging them? I'm planning on mining fairly solidly for the next month or so.

By they way, I've seen all sorts of advice online. Anything from OK at 90C to no more then 70C. I'm looking for someone who actually knows what they are talking about or can point me to an AMD document with safe 24/7 load temps. Thanks!

85 is usually a safe temp cutoff point. Although you really don't have to worry about anything util you pass the 90 mark. Higher temps will decrease the longevity of the card, so the more you push it, the more likely it will fail sooner. I don't mind pushing my cards to the limit since they are under warranty :D
