6950 has 2 voltage controllers?

Using HWiNFO, my 6950 is showing 2 vrm controllers.

Volterra VT1556 showing what is being controlled in afterburner.

uP6266 showing .95 at idle and 1.15 at load.

I have no idea what this uP6266 is controlling or how to change it. Anyone know?
