I don't know why this is happening but when watching any sort of video, my display will flicker kind of like someone is playing with the vga cable (I use DVI-D btw so it can't be a signal issue). This only happens during video playback.

Is this a documented ATI issue? Any fixes for it?
 
Thought I'd post the fix here for those arriving via google.

There are video enhancements under the video tab in the CCC. By default there are a lot of random enhancements such as white balance, facial tone balance and all that good stuff. Turn all of them off and it should fix the issue.
