Now that I've moved everything into the quieter P182 (from Kandalf LCS), the Northbridge chipset fan on my 680i is driving me nuts. It's small, and noisy.

What are some good options for cooling the Northbridge and Southbridge on these boards? Since I'll be watercooling again soon, I may just grab a block for the northbridge... but what about the southbridge? There's VERY little clearance under my graphics card, so anything taller than what's there now may not work.

Thanks.

I just ordered a HR05IFX SLI for my NB and another for my SB. If the SB cant accommodate the the HR I have a VC-RE cooler that many people say is very quiet. Once I receive and install I will let you know. Should arrive in 3-4 days.

The VC-RE is a great option for both cooling and budget purposes, I say get it unless you need the best of the best cooling.

I'm not sure if I'm watercooling my northbridge, or going with one of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16835109018

My overclocks are FAR from extreme, so either way works for me. Right now, I just can't stand the northbridge fan. The southbridge on the other hand... I have no idea what to do about it. I'll try to get some pictures up to show my clearance.
